The Performance Success Coach is the human pulse of the organization—responsible for activating, energizing, and re-engaging reps at scale. You turn data into action by reaching out to reps, using activation scripts, delivering encouragement, overcoming objections, and ensuring that every rep stays in momentum. T
Key Responsibilities
- Activation Outreach & Rep Engagement Contact every
- Retention & Re-Activation Sprints Execute Retention Sprints using data provided by the Revenue Analyst (e.g., stalled reps, at-risk reps).
- Recognition & High-Morale Touchpoints
- Objection Handling & Success Enablement Respond to rep concerns
