Job Vacancy – Accountant (General)
Prime Link Transport is hiring for the following position:
Accountant
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Prepare journal entries, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Assist in VAT calculations, filing, and compliance.
- Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
- Support payroll processing and staff-related financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external parties as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of VAT and basic UAE tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
