Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, Law, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Management, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (role dependent).
• Possess relevant professional experience in research, public policy, government institutions, or administrative roles.
• Demonstrate strong research, analytical, report-writing, and data interpretation skills.
• Have good knowledge of public sector operations, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Be detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
