Job Description:

Capital Survey LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer (UAE National) for an office-based role in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are eager to develop strong technical and professional skills within a structured working environment. The successful candidate will support project teams through the preparation of technical documentation, coordination with consultants and government authorities, and assistance in meeting project requirements and approvals in compliance with UAE standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the review of technical documentation, including engineering reports, drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• Support project teams in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities.
• Assist with project submissions, approvals, and compliance with UAE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support document control processes.
• Provide technical and administrative support to senior engineers as required.
• Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. A Master’s degree or advanced studies in civil engineering are advantageous.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, depending on regional requirements.
• Only UAE Nationals (Emirati) will be considered.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Auto CAD, Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
