Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Business Analyst (MDM) to support a large-scale Master Data Management transformation project based in Abu Dhabi. This onsite role is part of a high-impact R&MDM initiative focused on strengthening enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and data quality across complex systems.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and deliver robust data and business requirements within a highly visible enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading detailed requirements gathering and elicitation workshops with business users and stakeholders
• Preparing comprehensive AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories
• Supporting data governance activities including reference data models, data quality rules, and business glossaries
• Working across large-scale, complex data landscapes and multiple system integrations
• Assisting with UAT activities, validation cycles, business approvals, and implementation support

Mandatory requirements for this position include:

• Strong hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst on MDM-focused programs
• Solid exposure to reference data management, data governance frameworks, and data quality practices
• Experience working within enterprise-scale or regulated organizational environments

This role is best suited for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days, preferably professionals currently based in the UAE.
