Business Development / Broker Relations Manager

This role is focused on driving business growth and strengthening partnerships with insurance brokers and corporate clients. The position plays a key role in expanding market presence and managing long-term commercial relationships.

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or broker management within the UAE medical insurance market
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Production and Endorsement Executive

This role supports the complete insurance production cycle and ensures accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and compliance with UAE health insurance regulations.

Key requirements include:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in UAE medical insurance operations or policy servicing
• High attention to detail, strong data accuracy, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
