Description:
Fujairah International Airport is currently looking for a highly experienced and capable HR Manager to lead and strengthen the organization’s human resources function. This role plays a key part in shaping people strategies that align with the airport’s operational goals and long-term growth plans.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing all core HR activities while fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, in-depth HR knowledge, and a strategic mindset to support organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all human resources functions across the organization
  • Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning activities
