Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with business requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and close collaboration with HR Operations, PRO, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition while complying with UAE labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social networks, agencies, and direct sourcing.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and collect feedback.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation in coordination with HR and management approvals.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding requirements including document collection (passport, visa, certificates, etc.).
- Liaise with HR Operations and PRO for employment visa initiation and joining formalities.
- Track joining dates and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth handover of candidate information to HR Operations post-joining.
Recruitment Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports including hiring status, time-to-hire, and pipeline updates.
- Support audits by providing recruitment-related documentation when required.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates to enhance candidate experience.
- Stay updated on UAE labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, HR Operations, and PRO.
- Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and approvals.
- Coordinate bulk hiring drives when required.
HR Support & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Support HR team with manpower planning and recruitment forecasting.
- Assist in job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
- Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/ATS experience is an advantage.
