For a leading International Hospital based in Dubai, we are looking to staff:

Call Center agents (Chat only) (10 positions) 

Proven healthcare call center experience of minimum 2 years

Quality / compliance certifications (e.g., CPHQ, HIPAA, similar)

Strong communication + CRM skills

Healthcare-focused communication protocols 

Real-time patient inquiry handling 

Seamless integration with hospital operations

24 hours cover- 3 shifts. 

Permanent Position- with all UAE Benefits

Monthly Salary AED 6000/- to 8000/-
