We are seeking a young, energetic, and talented Debt Collector with 2–3 years of experience in collections and field recovery. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in dealing with customers, and willing to handle both office and field collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and site visits.
• Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, commitments, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with accounts and sales teams to resolve payment disputes.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection status reports.
• Ensure collections are completed in line with company policies and timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and result-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and receivables management.
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
