Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
• Have relevant experience in community mobilization, NGO programming, development projects, or school feeding initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong community engagement, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Possess good communication, reporting, and interpersonal abilities.
• Be willing to work closely with local communities and partners at county level.
• Exhibit high levels of integrity, accountability, and commitment to child protection and safeguarding principles.
