Description:

We are currently looking to hire a motivated and customer-focused Membership Consultant to join our fitness team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for fitness sales, member engagement, and long-term career growth within the health and wellness industry.

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging with prospective and existing members, and ensuring an excellent overall facility experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness sales or a similar sales-focused role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to long-term career development and growth
• Multilingual ability will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional sales tours of the fitness facilities
• Create and execute individual monthly sales plans to meet predefined targets
• Actively engage with members to enhance retention and satisfaction
• Support marketing outreach activities and lead generation initiatives
• Ensure high standards of facility presentation and service excellence
