We’re Hiring: Head of Operations

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Head of Operations to take charge of the complete operational framework of our Exchange House. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer service across all branches and operational channels.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening operational efficiency, implementing robust internal controls, and ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to design scalable processes, improve service quality, and support the long-term growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing end-to-end exchange and remittance operations across all locations
• Ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulations, and central bank guidelines
• Managing operational risk, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Leading, mentoring, and developing operations teams to achieve performance goals
• Monitoring service quality and driving initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Utilizing currency exchange systems and reporting tools to track performance and compliance
• Collaborating with management to develop and implement operational strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in money exchange or remittance operations
• Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Proficiency in currency exchange systems and operational reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong operational discipline
