Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to manage and support day-to-day HR operations in compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle employee documentation, contracts, and personnel records
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices
• Manage visa processes including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labor cards
• Process payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate performance appraisals and HR reports
• Support management with HR policies, procedures, and compliance updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
