Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Director-Level Roles
•     Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
•     10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
•     Strong policy development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
•     Experience in curriculum development, examinations management, accreditation, or research (depending on the role)
•     Knowledge of public sector governance and regulatory frameworks
Deputy Director Roles
•     Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree an added advantage
•     7+ years’ experience, with supervisory responsibilities
•     Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making skills
•     For HR: HRM degree + CHRP/K certification preferred
•     For Planning: experience in research, innovation, and consultancy
•     For Legal: LLB, Advocate of the High Court, CPS(K) an added advantage
Senior ICT Officer (Microsoft NAV / Portals)
•     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
•     Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ERP systems, or web technologies
•     Experience in system development, portal management, and ERP customization
•     Strong troubleshooting and user‑support skills
