Description:


DAR is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to support its day-to-day human resources operations in Dubai. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and providing administrative support across various HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE HR processes and labour law, along with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation efficiently. This position requires close coordination with internal teams, including Finance, to ensure smooth HR operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and related processes
• Support visa applications, Emirates ID processing, and medical fitness requirements
• Ensure HR records are maintained in compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Assist with HR correspondence and respond to employee documentation requests
• Coordinate with the Finance department on payroll-related documentation
• Organize HR filing systems and prepare records for internal or external audits

Requirements:


• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR operational procedures
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management systems
