Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and support debt recovery activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring timely payment collection while complying with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients
  • Conduct regular account reviews and ensure client satisfaction

Debt Pursuit & Recovery

  • Monitor client accounts for overdue payments
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of all debt recovery communications
  • Negotiate payment plans or settlements when required
  • Ensure payment agreements are properly documented and followed
  • Escalate unresolved payment issues to Finance or Legal departments
  • Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and recovery progress

Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
  • Ensure all sales and recovery activities are properly documented
  • Adhere to company policies and legal regulations related to sales and debt recovery
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Experience in debt recovery or credit control is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales and recovery targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
