Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations & Support Executive to support our Business Development and Sales teams in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with early-career experience in EdTech / SaaS / ERP environments who are strong in coordination, sales operations, and customer support, especially with Arabic-speaking clients.
This is a sales support / operations role, not a direct sales hunting role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Support
Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar)
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and MIS on a regular basis
Track proposals, quotations, contracts, and renewals
Customer & Sales Team Coordination
Act as a support point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers
Coordinate product demos, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist in onboarding coordination and customer documentation
Liaise between customers and internal teams for smooth execution
Enterprise Sales Cycle Support
Assist Business Development Managers during RFPs, RFQs, and proposal submissions
Coordinate with Product, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams
Support documentation related to contracts, POs, and invoicing
Process & Compliance Support
Ensure sales documentation follows internal processes and UAE compliance norms
Support sales process improvements through structured data and reporting
Required Qualifications
Mandatory
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Support / Inside Sales
Experience working in EdTech / SaaS / ERP / B2B Software companies
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
Preferred
Exposure to Higher Education institutions or education ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or institutional sales teams
Understanding of SaaS subscription or ERP sales models
Prior experience in UAE or GCC markets
