#Hiring for HR Officer for a leading bank in UAE

 

Location: Abu Dhabi

 

Salary: Upto AED 8000 (Based on experience)

 

Contract: 1 year

 

Immediate Joiners only

 

Job responsibilities

 

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and

 

onboarding support

 

Handle HR operations such as employee records, attendance, leave management, and

 

HR documentation

 

Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, and performance metrics

 

Analyze HR data to provide insights for management decision-making

 

Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting
