Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Elite Technician to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting vehicle tracking systems and accessories, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement and business development responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Install vehicle tracking devices, accessories and associated hardware in various types of vehicles.
- Ensure proper installation and functionality of installed devices, accessories and systems.
- Prior testing of devices, accessories and systems to confirm operational effectiveness
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with vehicle tracking devices, accessories and systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding systems and products usage.
- Marketing and onboarding new clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs in regards all products and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer training and demonstrations to clients on how to use the tracking systems and other products.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of checklist, installations, de installations and repairs.
- Prepare detailed reports on all products and system performance and service issues.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in vehicle tracking system installation and maintenance.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to train and guide clients on system usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nairobi-based or willing to work in Nairobi.
