We Are Hiring – Receptionist

A professional organization in Dubai is currently seeking a confident and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide high-quality administrative and customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling multiple tasks, and maintaining a professional workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative position
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Professional telephone handling skills and front desk etiquette
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications and email correspondence
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly
  • Ensure smooth daily front desk operations and keep the reception area tidy and organized
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office activities
  • Provide general administrative assistance when required
