We’re Hiring | IT Support Engineer

A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join its onsite technical team. This position is well-suited for professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, assisting users with technical issues, and supporting daily IT operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Role Summary:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to users, resolving routine IT issues, and helping maintain systems, devices, and IT assets to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line technical support to employees and users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and basic network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and required applications
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to senior support teams when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Basic practical knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and networking fundamentals
  • Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests
  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related discipline
