Job Description

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
  • Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options
  • Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives
  • Negotiate prices and close sales in line with company policies
  • Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and financing applications
  • Prepare and file statutory tax returns and ensure compliance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay informed about current vehicle models, specifications, and promotions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certification in sales or customer service is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years relevant experience (motor or rental industry an advantage).
  • Strong accounting and auditing knowledge.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills
  • Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and evaluation skills
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis capability
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
