We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations and support management with accurate financial reporting.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple financial tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)
• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Handle supplier payments, client follow-ups, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage petty cash and expense tracking
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
• Prepare VAT returns and related documentation
• Assist management with budgeting, cash flow, and cost control
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and contracts
• Support HR/payroll coordination if required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
