We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist with strong Business Development exposure who can handle complete HR operations while actively supporting the company’s growth initiatives. This role requires a self-driven professional who is comfortable managing people processes as well as contributing to business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in HR and People Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and maintaining HR documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development activities and support
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
