Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and internal policies

Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate time & attendance tracking

Help maintain employee records and HR documentation

Coordinate with departments for performance reviews and training initiatives

Handle HR queries and provide support to employees across different locations

Requirements:

1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE

Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
