Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced HR Generalist – Recruitment to join EIFM in Abu Dhabi. This role is best suited for professionals with a strong background in recruitment within fast-paced FM or construction environments, particularly those experienced in handling high-volume and blue-collar hiring.

As part of the HR team, you will manage recruitment activities from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers and external agencies to ensure timely staffing for operational roles. The position requires strong coordination skills, local UAE recruitment exposure, and the ability to meet hiring targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and site-based roles
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment agencies
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage trade tests
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
• Work closely with internal teams to meet workforce planning needs
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company procedures
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven recruitment experience within FM, construction, or security sectors
• Strong exposure to UAE recruitment practices and labor market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

 Hands-on experience with blue-collar and volume hiring
