Description:

A professional opportunity is available for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and lead core accounting operations at a business location in Emaar Business Park, The Greens, Dubai. This role is suited for finance professionals with strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and guiding the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Oversee daily accounting activities and manage month-end closing processes
▪ Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of financial statements
▪ Monitor compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal control procedures
▪ Coordinate internal and external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements
▪ Lead, guide, and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
▪ CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred
▪ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
▪ Ability to manage accounting operations and support audit and reporting activities
