An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join a growing organization and support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting principles who are comfortable handling routine financial tasks and working closely with senior finance staff.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare bank payment vouchers and process supplier and operational payments accurately
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding balances
• Record prepaid expenses, receipts, debit notes, and other accounting entries in a timely manner
• Assist the supervisor with day-to-day accounting duties and financial documentation
• Support general accounting functions and provide administrative assistance when required
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and common accounting software
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
