Description:

Al Masaood Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to oversee and optimize the daily operations of its vehicle fleet. This role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet performance while providing continuous support to drivers and operational teams.

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily fleet scheduling and vehicle assignments, monitoring mileage, fuel consumption, and overall vehicle performance. You will plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant with operational standards.

Key duties include maintaining accurate fleet records such as insurance documents, registrations, and service histories, while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Regular communication with drivers regarding schedules, vehicle availability, and technical issues will be a core part of the role.

You will also liaise with external vendors, mechanics, and leasing partners, support accident reporting and incident documentation, and track fleet KPIs to assist with cost-control and efficiency initiatives. Ensuring vehicles are clean, fully equipped, and operationally ready at all times is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards, and proficiency in fleet management systems and MS Office. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This is an office-based position with regular interaction with drivers and maintenance teams, along with occasional on-site vehicle inspections.
