We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Dubai. This role is ideal for a creative and technically strong professional who can consistently produce high-quality content and enhance brand visibility across multiple digital platforms. Immediate joining is required,  

Crescite Beauty, a leading retailer of Korean and Japanese skincare products in the UAE, is seeking a candidate who is fast, innovative, and experienced in the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms and the company website
• Confidently use mobile devices as well as professional camera equipment
• Create trend-focused short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Design banners, posters, Reels covers, carousels, and digital advertisements
• Handle product photography and editing for website listings and marketing campaigns
• Plan, organize, and execute monthly content calendars
• Manage posting schedules and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
• Develop creative concepts to increase brand awareness and audience interaction

Required Skills & Tools:

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, and visual composition
• In-depth understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Bonus advantage: Basic programming knowledge and experience with Meta Ads

Experience & Additional Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in social media and content creation
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products is mandatory
• Experience planning and managing content calendars
• Must be on a Visit Visa or Employment Visa
• Immediate availability is required
• Portfolio submission is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
