Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Officer to join our hotel marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and drive revenue. The Marketing Officer will also be in charge of creating marketing plans, managing social media platforms, and engaging with customers to enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
  • Create and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel and its services
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with customers to build brand loyalty
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business and meet revenue targets
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel marketing and social media management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software
