We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent — Abu Dhabi (Full-Time) Preferable Female
Al Farah Gourmet & Butchery is expanding and we’re looking for a customer-obsessed Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you love food, move fast, and thrive on helping customers, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and social inquiries; process orders accurately (butchery, gourmet retail, ready-to-cook, catering).
Make courteous outbound follow-ups to confirm orders, collect feedback, and share new items & seasonal boxes.Upsell/cross-sell (e.g., trays, sides, spices) and meet monthly conversion KPIs.
Coordinate with branches, delivery, and kitchen for smooth, on-time dispatch.Log interactions in CRM; maintain daily reports and order trackers.
Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed.What you’ll bring:1–3 years’ experience in call center/customer service (F&B or retail preferred).
Fluent Arabic & English (spoken & written).
Strong phone etiquette, fast typing, and clear documentation.
Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi areas & delivery logistics is a plus.
Flexible to work shifts/weekends/holidays when required.
Valid residency (Iqama)
