Role Summary: Support daily creative production for property marketing and brand campaigns across digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce daily social creatives (posts/stories/reels covers/carousels) aligned to brand and campaign goals.
• Create performance marketing assets for Meta/Google (multiple sizes, versions, A/B variants, rapid iteration).
• Prepare property marketing collaterals (listing flyers, brochures, fact sheets, signage, email banners, presentations).
• Retouch and optimize images; export correctly for web/print.
• Maintain brand consistency and file/version control; manage organized source files and handovers.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years’ experience (or strong portfolio); real estate is a plus.
• Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (InDesign preferred); Canva is a plus.
• Portfolio required (social/ad creatives and layout work)
