We are currently seeking dedicated, skilled, and highly motivated Paramedics to become part of a professional Emergency Medical Services team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about emergency care and capable of delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical support in fast-paced and challenging environments.

About the Role:

• Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care to patients in medical and trauma situations
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency calls across diverse locations
• Deliver effective and compassionate patient care while ensuring safety and clinical excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced life support (ALS) and emergency medical treatment in pre-hospital settings
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
• Safely operate emergency response vehicles and specialized medical equipment
• Communicate clearly with dispatch teams, emergency departments, and multidisciplinary medical staff
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and clinical outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training programs, emergency drills, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Recognized Paramedic Diploma or Degree qualification
• Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant regulatory authority
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and trauma certifications (such as PHTLS or ITLS)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-hospital or emergency medical care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making ability, and communication skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Clean driving record; valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
