We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Staffing & Recruitment sector to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is well-suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys business development, client interaction, and contributing to overall revenue growth in a competitive recruitment environment.

Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and working closely with the recruitment team to deliver effective staffing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare sales proposals, follow up with clients, and successfully close deals
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client records

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales experience within the staffing and recruitment industry
• Relevant home country experience will be considered
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
