Job Description

The Business Development role is a front-line growth position responsible for selling solutions, expanding market presence and building long-term, value-based client relationships. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and positioning our customer experience solutions as strategic growth enablers. This is a commercial, consultative and relationship-driven position aligned to revenue growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development and revenue growth strategies.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to the company’s CX solutions and strategic focus.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through targeted outreach among other strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present CX solutions in a compelling, value-driven manner.
  • Engage clients to understand their business context and CX challenges.
  • Co-create tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Drive customer retention, repeat business, and account growth.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and CX best practices.
  • Provide market insights to leadership.
  • Represent the company professionally in client and industry engagements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in consultative or solution selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Commercial and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
