Job Description
Role Objective
To promote recruitment services, attract clients and candidates, increase company visibility, and drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients
- Promote recruitment and placement services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote job opportunities and recruitment services.
- Organize and participate in marketing events, expos, roadshows, and career fairs.
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, website updates).
- Build brand awareness and enhance the company’s public image.
- Educate clients and candidates on recruitment processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Collect feedback to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, clients, and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in digital marketing and customer engagement is desirable.
