Description:

KPB International Consultants is currently hiring a detail-oriented QA/QC & Document Controller for a full-time, onsite role in Abu Dhabi. This position is focused on Oil & Gas FEED projects and requires strong hands-on experience in document control systems, particularly Aconex.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, supporting QA/QC records, and ensuring smooth document workflows between internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas FEED projects
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Aconex
• Experience in QA/QC documentation, document control, and coordination
• Prior GCC experience will be given priority
• Female candidates preferred based on project requirements
• Preference may be given to candidates of non-Indian nationality
• Proven experience within the oil and gas industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, track, and update all project documentation using Aconex
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely availability of project records
• Support engineering and project teams with documentation requirements
• Coordinate information flow between internal departments and external partners
• Maintain compliance with document control procedures and quality standards
