Job Description
Key Challenges
Core Compliance Management (Approx. 70%)
- This responsibility focuses on ensuring the legal and ethical integrity of engagements.
- End-to-End Engagement Process: Manage HCP/HCO and patient engagement processes, including Fair Market Value (FMV) calculations, compliant Transfer of Value (ToV) transfers, purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and timely reporting of Actual Spend.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining secure storage of executed agreements.
Policy & Advisory Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for routine compliance inquiries and provide support and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Assist the Compliance Lead in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the communication and dissemination, including training, of compliance policies to relevant stakeholders.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Risk:
- Contribute to the development and execution of compliance monitoring activities, including data collection and analysis.
- Assist in preparing regular compliance reports, tracking compliance issues, and following up on remediation plans.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of healthcare compliance risks and opportunities.
Events Management & Coordination (Approx. 30%)
- This responsibility focuses on the operational and logistical execution of compliant events.
- Logistical Coordination: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events related to stakeholder engagement, including venue selection, catering, materials preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Engagement Oversight: Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including planning meetings, internal and external communications, and reporting on event status.
- Process Enhancement: Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance workflows, address deviations/CAPAs, and improve the external engagement process across the organization.
- Project Support: Assist the Compliance Lead in the coordination and execution of various compliance initiatives and projects, managing administrative tasks related to compliance activities.
Who You Are as an Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or any other related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or audit role.
- Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare is preferred.
