Description:
Convrgnt Value Engineering LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Dubai office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to manage daily office operations
• Handle reception duties, greet clients, and manage calls and emails professionally
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor management
• Support clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain property-related records, documents, and databases
• Coordinate AMC schedules, renewals, and follow-ups with service providers
• Track maintenance requests and service reports
• Prepare reports, letters, and other office documentation
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record management
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Male candidates only (due to the nature of work)
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
• 2–3 years of administrative experience in the UAE
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle clients professionally
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in property management or facilities management
• Knowledge of AMC contracts and maintenance coordination
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC environment
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
