Description:

We are currently hiring a highly capable Personal Assistant / Chief of Staff (Lite) to support the General Manager in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment based in the UAE. This is a full-time, office-based position and is not a traditional PA role.

The successful candidate will act as the trusted right hand to the General Manager, taking full ownership of day-to-day coordination across professional and personal priorities. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to operate confidently under pressure while maintaining the highest standards expected in a luxury setting.

You will manage inboxes and calendars with precision, handle client communications with professionalism and polish, and proactively coordinate schedules and priorities. When situations move quickly, you will step in as a problem-solver, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and calmly.
