Description:
HMH Hospitality is currently hiring a dependable and detail-focused HR / Accountant to support both human resources and finance functions within the organization. This role is well-suited for professionals who can manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in financial and employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling HR administrative tasks including employee records, payroll assistance, and documentation
• Supporting recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
• Maintaining organized records related to HR and accounting operations
• Ensuring confidentiality of employee and financial information at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
