Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Nairobi and Mombasa. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting the practice's growth through effective communication and advocacy. Collaboration with internal teams to identify business strategies and achieve revenue targets is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Healthcare New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and manage client accounts effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
