Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Sports Science, Development Studies, Research, or a related field depending on the role.
• Have relevant experience in humanitarian work, community programs, sports coaching, disability inclusion, research, or interpretation services.
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and community engagement skills.
• Be passionate about humanitarian service, inclusion, and youth development.
• Possess knowledge of sign language for SLI roles and basketball coaching skills for sports-related roles.
• Be willing to work in field-based and community-centered environments.
