DahNAY is expanding its freight forwarding operations in Dubai and is looking for experienced professionals across Operations and Sales functions. Openings are available across Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Execution roles, supporting air, sea, and road freight services. Role Overview

Based on your background, you will support or lead freight forwarding activities, contribute to business growth initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across services while aligning with company standards and objectives.

What You Will Do

• Manage or support end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea import, sea export, cross-trade, and road freight
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through reliable service delivery
• Prepare, review, and support competitive quotations with a focus on margins and feasibility
• Coordinate closely with operations, sales, finance, and documentation teams
• Ensure accurate shipment handling, documentation, billing inputs, and service execution
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to secure space and maintain service reliability
• Manage customer and operational escalations with accountability and professionalism
• Adhere to SOPs, compliance requirements, and credit control processes
• Track performance using KPIs, sales pipelines, and regular operational reviews
