We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our operations team at Head Office.
Requirements:
· 2 to 3 Years of experience, preferably in the exchange house sector
· Graduate in Finance or in a relevant field
· Command on Microsoft Office
· Excellent Communication
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and handling calls from the branches for inquiries and complaints.
• Checking the issue bank deposits, follow up transfers with agents and branches.
• Responsible for amendments, cancellations, urgent assistance and other inquiries of the branches.
• Filling of documents such as bank remittances, bank amendments, refund and cancellation.
• Ensures all information are encoded correctly.
• Daily Checking at the end of the day report.
• Checking outlook emails, reply, forward and printing for the confirmation of the bank transactions.
