Al Habtoor Polo Resort in Dubai is hiring an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and enhance the resort’s market positioning across multiple segments. This senior leadership role is focused on driving strong performance in leisure, corporate, group, MICE, and events business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, strengthening key partnerships, and expanding the resort’s presence within both private and public sector markets. This role requires strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, and proven leadership capabilities within the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the local corporate market, with a strong focus on Dubai Silicon Oasis and nearby business districts
• Solid experience in the leisure segment, including management of local and international wholesale partners
• Proven background in handling and growing Group Sales business
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies to maximize banquet revenue across corporate, government, and social segments
• Strong understanding of locally based government entities and public-sector business channels
