Hiring: Accountant – Real Estate

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to join the Finance & Accounts team at our Jebel Ali head office in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial activities related to real estate projects and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include maintaining proper bookkeeping records, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and performing regular account reconciliations. The role also involves assisting with budgeting activities, ensuring VAT compliance in line with UAE regulations, and delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions.

To succeed in this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional qualifications considered an advantage. Applicants are expected to have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software are essential. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also required.
