Job Opportunity: Senior Administrator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support the Health Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance. This position involves close coordination with internal departments, external organizations, and service vendors to support accurate, timely, and secure health data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Section in conducting data quality audits and preparing analytical reports
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining strong data quality and governance practices
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external entities, and vendors to address and resolve data-related matters
• Assist in delivering annual KPIs and operational work programs for the health data governance function
• Follow and comply with Health & Safety regulations and Information Security policies set by the Authority
• Carry out additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Section

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in data governance, database administration, or data analytics
• Solid understanding of data quality frameworks, auditing methods, and reporting standards
• Familiarity with information security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
